Nick has been working exclusively within the journalism and digital media space for over a decade, building a reputation for being able to deliver quality content across a wide range of platforms.

He launched his blog starting5online.com in 2008 and has been based in New York since 2012 covering the NBA and WNBA.

Beginning in 2017, Nick hosted 46 episodes of Ball or Nothin' - a show screened on ESPN highlighting the social media aspects of the NBA. Nick has covered 3 NBA Finals (2015, 2018, 2019), 5 NBA All-Star weekends (2015-2019), 8 NBA drafts (2012-2019), 5 Jordan Brand Classics (2013-2017), dozens of playoff games and hundreds of regular season games.

Nick spends his spare time trying to decide which sneakers best match his outfit.

CLOSEUP360

CloseUp360 is the world's first dedicated multimedia platform focused on NBA players and insiders, and their impact off the court.

Nick was one of a few hand-picked writers asked to join the CloseUp 360 team upon its launch.

Starting5online was founded by Nick in 2008. He was the administrator and editor, and oversaw a small team of contributors. The objective of the site was to document the culture of basketball -- from the on-court action featuring interviews with the NBA's leading names, to the lifestyle aspects of the players.

At its peak, the blog attracted 15,000 unique visitors each month.

Having Greek heritage himself, Nick was honored to have covered the Greek players in the NBA for Australia's largest Greek newspaper Neos Kosmos from 2012 to 2017. It allowed him to develop relationships with players such as Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kostas Koufos, Thanasis Antetokounmpo + more.

After joining ESPN as a contributor in 2016, Nick wrote over 80 articles for ESPN.com and all of ESPN's affiliate markets across the globe.
